This year’s TCT will feature a keynote address by renowned theoretical physicist, futurist, and author, Dr. Michio Kaku. His address, “The Future of Humankind,” will take place at 10:40 am on Wednesday, November 9, in the Main Arena of the Moscone Center.
Dr. Michio Kaku is one of the world’s leading authorities on the future of the future—exploring the science of tomorrow: from computing power to artificial intelligence, from the evolution of communications to the reshaping of our genetic inheritance. He is currently the Henry Semat Professor of Theoretical Physics at the Graduate Center of the City University of New York and appears regularly on top-rated news and entertainment programs as a commentator on scientific topics and issues.
Dr. Kaku will also host a book signing for his latest book, the New York Times bestseller, Physics of the Future, which explores the next 100 years of scientific revolution. The book signing will begin at 11:30 am on Wednesday, November 9, at the Partnership Pavilion on the first floor of Moscone North. Attendees may drop off business cards at the CRF booth in the Partnership Pavilion for a chance to win autographed copies of his book.
