New York, NY – March 7, 2018 – Staff and fellows from the Cardiovascular Research Foundation (CRF) will be presenting at the American College of Cardiology’s 67th Annual Scientific Session taking place March 10-12, 2018 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL. They will be presenting the latest data on percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), drug-eluting stents, imaging technologies, plaque morphology, and transcatheter aortic valve replacement.

CRF will also host a satellite program on complex PCI prior to the start of ACC on Friday, March 9, 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM called CHIP at ACC.18: The Interventional Toolbox for Complete Revascularization in Higher-Risk (and Indicated) Patients at the Hilton Orlando (Orange Ballroom D, Lower Level). Presentations will address treatment of left main coronary artery disease, chronic total occlusions, bifurcation lesions, severe calcification, and depressed ventricular function. Expert faculty will offer insights into selecting appropriate patients for coronary revascularization and optimizing technique.

As part of its commitment to mentoring the next generation of researchers, CRF teaches and develops interventional cardiology fellows from all over the world through its prestigious fellowship program. Poster abstracts from CRF staff and fellows include:
