Satellite Application

Satellite programs offer sponsors the opportunity to provide professional attendees with comprehensive insights into important interventional topics and issues facing today’s interventional specialists. Programming can be accredited for continuing medical education (CME accredited) or can be driven by industry (non-CME accredited). The satellite program schedule is comprised of breakfast meetings and lunch programs.

Breakfast meetings (two concurrent slots) will be held on Friday, February 24, from 6:45 AM - 7:45 AM (breakfast at 6:15 AM). Lunch programs (two concurrent slots per day) will be held on Thursday, February 23, from 1:10 PM - 2:10 PM (lunch at 12:50 PM) and Friday, February 24, from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM (lunch at 12:40 pm). The application fee to conduct a breakfast meeting is $10,000and the fee for a lunch program is $15,000. The application fee for both options includes the meeting space rental, registration services in advance of the meeting and onsite, use of the preregistration mailing list (no email addresses) to promote the program and promotion of the symposium on the program web site and any collateral materials associated with the meeting.

The following items are  not  included in the application fee: audiovisual, food and beverage, faculty honoraria, faculty travel, and housing.

Breakfast meetings attract approximately 75-100 physician and allied health care professionals while lunch programs tend to attract between 100-200 attendees.
