Satellite Programs

Satellite Programs offer sponsors the opportunity to provide professional attendees with comprehensive insights into important interventional topics and issues facing today’s interventional specialists. Programming can be accredited for continuing medical education (CME accredited) or can be driven by industry (non-CME accredited). The satellite program schedule is comprised of breakfast programs, lunch programs, and evening programs.

BREAKFAST PROGRAM - SOLD OUT

Breakfast Programs on average attract approximately 75-100 physician and allied health care professionals.

The fee to conduct a Breakfast Program is $12,000 and includes:

  • Meeting space rental
  • Registration services in advance of the meeting, including a weekly registration report
  • Use of the preregistration mailing list (no email addresses) to promote the meeting
  • A list of names and mailing addresses for those who attended the program, issued one week following the meeting
  • Promotion of the symposium on the program website and any collateral materials associated with the meeting

The following items are not included in the application fee: audiovisual equipment & labor, food and beverage, faculty honoraria, faculty travel, meeting signage, and housing.

LUNCH PROGRAMS – SOLD OUT

Lunch programs on average attract approximately 100-200 physician and allied health care professionals.

  • A list of names and mailing addresses for those who attended the program, issued one week following the meeting
  • Promotion of the symposium on the program website and any collateral materials associated with the meeting

Attendance

While CRF makes every effort to promote and encourage attendees to attend all satellite programs, CRF cannot guarantee attendance nor be responsible for attendance at such events being consistent with the provider’s expectations. It is the sponsoring company’s responsibility to create awareness of its program through premeeting mailings and on-site promotions to draw attendees to their satellite program.
