Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsorship Letter of Agreement (LOA)

Sponsorship opportunities are available for companies to increase their visibility at CTO 2018 by sponsoring one of the many promotional opportunities available. Creating awareness about a new (or newly approved) product, promoting a satellite program, or simply reminding attendees that your company has a presence at CTO 2018 can be accomplished by sponsoring a promotional opportunity at CTO. All promotional opportunities are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Wireless
Cost: $16,500.00

  • Wireless Internet access is available throughout the meeting area. Place your company or product logo on the wireless internet home page with a link to your company website.

App Interstitial Screen
Cost: $15,000.00

  • The Interstitial Screen will be displayed full screen for four seconds when the app is started. The text will state, “The CTO App is brought to you by” and the sponsor’s name.
  • Attendees rely on the CTO App to stay up to date with everything CTO, before and after arriving on-site. It’s compatible with iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.

App Rotating Banner (Five banners available;)
Cost: $4,500.00 per banner

  • Banners will rotate through a maximum of five ads appearing for four seconds of each screen of the CTO App.
  • Attendees rely on the CTO App to stay up-to-date with everything CTO, before and after arriving on-site. It’s compatible with iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.

App Push Notifications (One sponsored push message per day)
Cost: $2,500.00 per banner

Increase your brand awareness by sending a text push notification to all CTO attendees through the CTO Mobile App. This new opportunity is exclusive for the day designated and any one time of your choice! Text for the push notification is limited to 140 characters or less and includes a URL redirect.

Attendees rely on the CTO App to stay up-to-date with everything CTO, before and after arriving on-site. It’s compatible with iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.

Customized Hotel Key Cards - SOLD
Cost: $7,500

  • Hotel key cards are the first items attendees see when they check into the hotel and are used throughout their stay at the Marriott Marquis. Be the first to welcome attendees to the meeting and encourage them to visit your booth.

Hotel Room Door Drops
Cost: $3,500.00 per day (Thursday or Friday morning)

  • Greet attendees to the meeting and encourage them to visit your booth with hotel room door drops.
  • Your company’s message can be placed outside or under the hotel room door for receipt Thursday or Friday morning

On-site Signage - Meter Board 
Cost: $5,000.00 per sign (Single-sided) or $8,500.00 per sign (Double-sided) 

  • On-site signage placed in highly visible areas throughout the meeting area is an excellent way to catch attendees’ eyes and let them know who you are and where they can find you!
  • Exact placement varies

Column Wraps (Two available)
Cost: $10,000.00 per Column

  • On-site signage placed in highly visible areas throughout the meeting area foyer, where all attendees walk by, is an excellent way to catch attendees’ eyes and let them know who you are and where they can find you!

Charging Stations
Cost: $15,000.00

  • Charging Stations are increasingly needed at conferences. Attendees are always on the look out to charge their phones. These stations (three total) can hold up to five phones at once, and you can brand the station however you want.

Lanyards (1,200)
Cost: $7,500.00

  • All attendees will have one around their neck with a badge on. Your logo will go on the lanyards along with the CRF logo.
