Unofficial Contractors/Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC)

Notification of Intent To Use EAC Form

Deadline: Thursday, September 28  

Exhibiting companies that plan to use the services of a display house or service firm for supervision other than the official service contractor must complete the Notification of Intent To Use EAC form. Once the form is submitted, the EAC will be sent an auto generated communication that will allow them to upload their Certificate of Insurance (COI). Once the COI is received and approved, the EAC will be able to register individuals who will need a wristband for move-in and move-out.

EAC Wristbands

Wristbands will only be provided to EACs that have uploaded their Certificate of Insurance and have been approved. Wristbands will only provide access to the exhibit hall during move-in and move-out hours. 

EAC Badges

Badges may be used for EACs that have uploaded their Certificate of Insurance and have been approved. Badges will provide access to the exhibit hall during move-in, exhibit dates, and move-out. Each exhibiting company will receive an allotment of complimentary badges that may only be used for their EAC. To register an EAC who will need access during the exhibit dates, please contact Edmond Valpoort at evalpoort@crf.org. If additional badges are needed over the allotment, the exhibiting company must register them through the exhibitor registration portal and use either their exhibit badge allowance or pay through the system.
