Breakfast Meetings are held at the convention center Monday, October 30 through Thursday, November 2 of the TCT Week, from 7:00 AM-8:00 AM (breakfast served at 6:30 AM). The application fee is $25,000 and includes the room, room setup, basic audiovisual, two lead retrieval systems, TCT preregistration list, registration services in advance of the meeting, a continental breakfast, and some marketing (i.e., listing on the TCT website, TCT app, and Satellite Guide, and at least three eblasts promoting the entire satellite schedule). Additional costs could include any additional marketing efforts, as well as any faculty expenses, such as honorarium and/or travel, offered. Breakfast Meeting rooms can accommodate up to 100 people.
A continental breakfast, which is included in the application fee, is served beginning at 6:30 AM. Set in smaller group settings and interactive in nature, Breakfast Meetings on average attract approximately 50-100 attendees. Breakfast Meetings may be accredited for continuing medical education (CME) or content may be industry driven, although it must be educational in nature. Breakfast Meetings typically have two-four speakers.
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing on company letterhead. Any company canceling will pay the following fees:
- Cancellation before May 26, 2017, the company will pay 50% of the total application fee
- Cancellation on or after May 26, 2017, the company will pay 100% of the total application fee
