Evening Program Application

Evening Programs will be held at the Hyatt Regency Denver, conveniently located in close proximity to the convention center. Programs will take place from Monday, October 30 through Wednesday, November 1 of TCT Week, from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. A cocktail hour or dinner reception may precede the program, starting at 6:00 PM. The application fee is $47,000 and includes the meeting room, registration services in advance of the meeting, four lead retrieval systems, onetime use of the TCT preregistration list, and some marketing (ie, listing on the TCT website, TCT app, and Satellite Guide and at least three eblasts promoting the entire satellite schedule). 

Larger in scope than Breakfast Meetings, Evening Programs attract approximately 150-300 attendees. Evening Programs may be accredited for continuing medical education (CME) or content may be industry driven, although it must be educational in nature. Evening Programs generally have six-eight speakers. 

Cancellation Policy

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing on company letterhead. Any company canceling will pay the following fees:

  • Cancellation before May 26, 2017, the company will pay 50% of the total application fee
  • Cancellation on or after May 26, 2017, the company will pay 100% of the total application fee
