Presentation Theater Program Application

Presentation Theater Programs offer the opportunity for industry to provide one-hour educational programs and provide the only opportunity for industry to present during TCT general sessions. Presentation Theater Programs are held at the convention center Monday, October 30 through Wednesday, November 1. Presentation Theater Programs attract approximately 100-200 attendees.

The application fee is $45,000 and includes the room, room setup, basic audiovisual, TCT preregistration list, two lead retrieval systems, registration services in advance of the meeting, 200 boxed lunches, and some marketing (ie, listing on the TCT website, TCT app, and Satellite Guide and at least three eblasts promoting the entire satellite schedule). Additional costs could include any additional marketing efforts, as well as any faculty expenses, such as honorarium and/or travel, offered. The rooms can accommodate up to 200 people. Presentation Theater Programs may be accredited for continuing medical education (CME) or content may be industry driven, although it must be educational in nature.

Cancellation Policy

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing on company letterhead. Any company canceling will pay the following fees:

  • Cancellation before May 26, 2017, the company will pay 50% of the total application fee
  • Cancellation on or after May 26, 2017, the company will pay 100% of the total application fee
