TCT Schedule

TCT 2017 is scheduled to commence Sunday, October 29 at 12:00 PM MT and conclude on Thursday, November 2 at 2:00 PM MT. The program is subject to change. Please visit http://www.crf.org/tct/agenda/tct-2017-agenda for the most current schedule.

Book Housing

To book your hotel room for TCT 2017, you must first be registered for the conference. Once your registration has been submitted, housing options will follow. Please check your confirmation email for information on how to book.

Access to TCT slide presentations and live cases throughout the year as well as presentations and cases from other CRF conferences as far back as 2001. Available only to those who register for TCT Full Conference.

Proof/documentation of employment status with the United States government required.

Fellows are required to provide a credit card authorization form for the deposit and confirmation of current fellowship at the time of TCT 2017 along with the planned graduation date. In order to be eligible to register for TCT 2017 as a fellow, your expected graduation date must be in November 2017 or later.

An email message will be sent to the program director's email address that you provide during the registration process. Please contact your program director to ensure a timely response to this message.

International fellows may receive complimentary registration to TCT for no more than 2 years commencing with TCT 2014.

Starting in 2016, if an international fellow has registered for TCT for free for 2 years, they are no longer eligible for complimentary registration and will need to register as a physician. Should your registration no longer be an option a member of the TCT Management Team will contact you to inform you of your status.

A $25 USD green fee will be applied to each paper registration. Avoid the green fee by registering online.

Confirmation letters will be sent by e-mail to registrants. To ensure receipt of the confirmation e-mail, please add TCT@xpressreg.net to your ‘safe’ sender list and/or e-mail address book.

Visa Requirements and Letter of Invitation

Visa Discount
A registrant who requires a visa to enter the United States may deduct $125 USD from the registration fee (proof of visa application required). This will automatically be done if registering online.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations received in writing by Tuesday, August 22, 2017 (by 11:59 PM ET), will be fully refunded less a $100 USD administrative fee.
  • Cancellations received in writing between Wednesday, August 23, 2017 (12:00 AM ET), and Thursday, September 28, 2017 (11:59 PM ET), will be subject to a 50% penalty.
  • No refunds will be given after Friday, September 29, 2017 (12:00 AM ET). Refunds or credits will not be given for a failure to attend, any unattended events, or early departure.

The Cardiovascular Research Foundation is not responsible for airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by participants in the event of program or registration cancellation.

  • Name changes and substitutions are not permitted.
  • All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing and sent via email to TCT Support or faxed to +1-508-743-9666. Please see the cancellation dates and policy above.
  • All attempts will be made to process refunds within 30 business days of cancellation.
