Contract and full payment for CTO Training Pavilion space must be received by January 15, 2019.
Companies have the opportunity to showcase and demonstrate the latest advances in CTO techniques in antegrade, retrograde, and antegrade dissection re-entry approaches.
CTO Training Pavilion Fees and Badges
8' Table (Exhibitor Pricing) = $7,500 (2 Full Meeting Badges)
8' Table (Non-Exhibitor Pricing) = $13,500 (2 Full Meeting Badges)
Application fee includes:
- 2 - Black skirted tables (8’ long, 40’’ high)
- 1 - Standard power strip per table
- 2 - Industry Profession Full Course badges
- 1 - Trash can
Demonstration companies are responsible for the below:
- Material Handling/Shipping
New Payment Policy for 2019: Once a contract is completed, payment is required before the contract is reviewed and processed for approval. Once we receive payment, official confirmation, including the exhibitor service manual will be sent.
