Satellite programs offer sponsors the opportunity to provide professional attendees with comprehensive insights into important interventional topics and issues facing today’s interventional specialists. Programming can be accredited for continuing medical education (CME accredited) or can be driven by industry (non-CME accredited). This year, the satellite program schedule is comprised of breakfast programs and lunch programs.

A Breakfast Program will be held on Friday, April 20th, from 6:50 AM - 7:50 AM (breakfast at 6:30 AM). Lunch Programs will be held on Wednesday, April 18th and Thursday, April 19th, from 12:25 PM-1:25 PM (lunch at 12:15 PM). The application fee to conduct a breakfast meeting is $10,000 and the fee for a lunch program is $15,000. The application fee includes the meeting space rental, food and beverage, registration services in advance of the meeting and onsite, use of the preregistration mailing list (no email addresses) to promote the program and promotion of the symposium on the program website, and any collateral materials associated with the meeting. The following items are not included in the application fee: audiovisual labor, faculty honoraria, faculty travel, and housing. 

Breakfast programs on average attract approximately 75-100 physicians and allied health care professionals, while lunch programs tend to attract between 100-150 attendees.


While CRF makes every effort to promote and encourage attendees to attend your satellite program, CRF cannot guarantee attendance. It is the sponsoring company’s responsibility to create awareness of its program through pre-meeting mailings and on-site promotions to draw attendees to their satellite program.

To receive a discounted registration, Fellows are required to provide proof of current fellowship, by submitting a letter signed by their current Fellowship Program Director. Please include the following information on official letterhead:

  • Full Name
  • ECHO 2018
  • Type and Year of Fellowship
  • End Date of Fellowship (MM/YY)
  • Affiliation/Institution
  • City/State/Country of Institution

Email these letters to Danielle Goodman at by Wednesday, April 4, 2018 to complete your registration. Fellows who do not provide proof of current fellowship may not be eligible to attend ECHO 2018 at a discounted rate.

Fellows registering on-site MUST provide proof of fellowship before being able to collect their badge.

Terms and Conditions

ECHO 2018

All registrants are subject to these registration terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are strongly enforced for ECHO 2018 and the organizers of the conference, Cardiovascular Research Foundation (CRF).

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received in writing before Wednesday, March 7, 2018 (by 11:59 PM EST), will receive a full refund less a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations received between Thursday, March 8 and Tuesday, April 10, 2018 (by 11:59 PM EST), will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. No refunds will be processed after Wednesday, April 11, 2018.


To complete the registration process, you must submit confirmation of your status as a current fellow at the time of ECHO 2018 with your planned graduation date signed by your current Fellowship Program Director. In order to be eligible to register for ECHO 2018 as a fellow at the discounted rate, your expected graduation date must be after April 30, 2018.

Identification at Registration

Attendees are asked to present a Photo ID at registration in order to collect registration materials. Unless you are an exhibitor or group who has arranged for an advance group pick-up of badges, individuals may only collect their own individual registration. This procedure is in place to protect registration materials from getting lost and to allow CRF to monitor accurate attendance. Registration materials will not be provided without a Photo ID.

Limitation of Liability

By registering, you agree to release and hold harmless CRF, organizers of ECHO 2018, from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of or relating to your participation in ECHO 2018 and all ECHO 2018 events, including but not limited to the use of the conference center and lodging facilities.

Recording (Audio, Video, and Still Photography) and Social Media

CRF promotes the free interchange and rapid dissemination of educational content from our meetings. The slides from CRF-sponsored courses and symposia are immediately posted on to facilitate scientific discourse and enhance patient care. Non-flash photography and audio or video recording using hand-held equipment, for strictly personal, educational, and/or social use, are permitted at all CRF meetings if not disruptive. Communicating through social media, including posting brief audio and video clips, is strongly encouraged (respecting embargo rules for late breaking science). However, posting or live streaming of entire sessions or live cases (the latter to respect patient privacy), and use of any CRF course content for commercial purposes, is strictly prohibited. Exhibitors may film, record, or photograph activities at their own booth for promotional purposes only upon prior written consent of CRF.

Post-Event Photography Use Notice

You hereby grant CRF irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully-paid up license to reproduce, copy, display, perform, or otherwise use any photos, videos or audio recordings taken of you by ECHO 2018 designated vendor during ECHO 2018 for promotional use (i.e. brochures, association publications, web based media – blogs, websites, e-newsletters). You hereby release and hold harmless CRF and their agents and assigns from all claims, demands, causes of action and liability related to said use of the material.

Unauthorized Solicitation Policy

Any company or representative of a supplier who is not an exhibitor and is observed to be soliciting business in the exhibit hall, in another company’s exhibit space, in the aisles of the exhibit hall or any other area of the conference deemed inappropriate by CRF, will be asked to leave immediately. Unauthorized solicitation in the Exhibit Hall or Technical Program is strictly prohibited.

Unsecured Items Policy

Personal belongings such as briefcases, backpacks, purses, coats, book bags, laptops, tablets or mobile devices, etc. should not be left unattended in meeting rooms or public areas. These items are the responsibility of their owner and CRF will not be held responsible for their safe keeping should they become lost or stolen. Additionally, any unattended items may be subject to removal by security upon being discovered.


You may be asked to have your badge scanned either at exhibit booths and/or at session rooms. When your badge is scanned by demonstration supporters, exhibitors, and/or sponsors during the meeting, you are opting-in to receiving communications from that entity. You will be subject to their communications and privacy policy and must opt-out with them directly.

Housing and Travel

Crowne Plaza Times Square

For registered participants who require housing, the Cardiovascular Research Foundation (CRF) has reserved a block of rooms at a special group rate at the Crowne Plaza Times Square Manhattan located at 1605 Broadway at 49th Street, New York, NY 10019.


To book your hotel for Echo 2018, you must be registered for the program. Click the Register tab at the top to sign up. Information on how to reserve a room in the group block will be available in your registration confirmation email.

Housing reservations must be made by Wednesday, March 28, 2018; thereafter, hotel accommodations and preferred group rates will be subject to availability. Room cancellations must be made in accordance with the hotel cancellation policy of 72 hours prior to the date of scheduled arrival or your credit card will be charged for a one-night stay and applicable taxes and fees.


Air and Ground Transportation

New York City is accessible by three major airports: LaGuardia Airport (LGA), John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), and Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR). New York is also serviced by Amtrak through Penn Station.
