Booth space selection appointments will begin on Monday, April 20, 2020

Companies Participating in the Booth Assignment Process:

  • Exhibitors that have paid 100% of their contracted booth space cost by Friday, March 20, 2020 will participate in the lottery on Friday, April 3rd, 2020 to determine their appointment for booth selection.
  • Exhibitors will receive an e-mail from the CRF Industry Team on Friday, April 3, 2020 with an appointment date and time and will be given at least 5 business days to confirm in writing their participation in the call. If the designated contact for an exhibiting company is unable to attend at the appointed time or find a substitute, the exhibiting company will forfeit the appointment and will be rescheduled to the next available time slot.
  • Exhibitors that do not RSVP to confirm their appointments will forfeit the chance to participate in the booth selection process. Booth selection appointments will be conducted by telephone the week of April 20. Call participants will include members of the CRF Industry Relations team and at least one individual representing the exhibiting company.
  • In advance of the appointment, exhibitors will receive an e-mail with a blueprint of the TCT Exhibit Hall, which will provide some guidelines as to where booths can be located (including areas designated strictly for in-line booths or larger island booths) as well as information on how to access a live version of the floor plan.
  • During booth selection appointments, exhibitors will be shown their selection of booth location on a "live" floor plan to allow the exhibitor to view and asses the booth location. Exhibitors will also have an opportunity to view the locations of booths that have already been assigned. Booth location may be subject to minor modifications in order to ensure that all square footage in the Exhibit Hall is utilized. A live floor plan will be available on the TCT Exhibitor website for exhibitors to see up-to-date booth space availability.

Companies Not Participating in the Booth Assignment Process:

  • Exhibiting companies that pay 100% of their contracted booth space after March 20, 2020 will be assigned their booth location on a first-come, first-served basis in order of the date CRF received full payment for the contracted booth space and after all existing booth space appointments have been completed.
  • Exhibiting companies in the Book Publishers, Societies, and Nonprofits area of the Exhibit Hall.
  • Exhibiting companies that secure an exhibit booth through a trade agreement with CRF.
