The official housing vendor for TCT 2019 is onPeak. For TCT 2019, confirmed exhibitors housing will be assigned based on one of two housing categories Priority Points Housing or General Exhibitor Housing. Exhibiting companies in the Book Publishers, Societies, Nonprofits area, and companies that have secured an exhibit booth through a trade agreement with CRF, are not eligible to participate and will be able to secure housing through General Exhibitor Housing.
General exhibitor housing is defined as any company who has submitted a TCT 2019 Exhibit Contract but does not have priority points, and/or any company who qualified for the Priority Points Housing but did not complete the Housing Request form by the deadline.

Reservations made through any other agency cannot be guaranteed by CRF and may result in additional charges, incorrect hotel placement, or inflated room rates. Please use onPeak online hotel reservation system, accessed via their website, to avoid any confusion or additional charges. Housing blocks at negotiated rates in hotels surrounding the convention center will be available to TCT attendees.
Exhibitor Housing Information Please note that if your Exhibiting Company books outside the TCT housing block, a $200.00 USD charge will be invoiced per individual within the group prior to TCT. This outstanding balance must be paid prior to TCT in order for badge(s) to be collected.

Badges are required for admission to TCT, including the Exhibit Hall. Exhibitors will be given a badge allotment based on booth size to be redeemed for Full Meeting and Exhibit Hall-only badges.
TCT exhibitors will no longer receive a dollar allotment amount per booth. TCT 2019 exhibitors will now receive a badge allotment based on booth size to include Full Conference and Exhibit Only badges. Companies may not transfer badges between full conference and exhibit hall only. Companies will not be reimbursed for any unused badges and/or will be required to supplement any badge costs not fully covered by the allowance provided. If a company reduces, increases, or cancels their exhibit booth at TCT 2019, the registration badge allowance will be reduced, increased, or forfeited respectively.

Complimentary Badge Policy
It is against TCT policy to provide complimentary exhibitor badges to physicians. If TCT meeting management becomes aware that a physician has been given a complimentary exhibitor badge, the physician will be asked to pay full price for the badge or will be asked to leave the meeting. CRF appreciates your full cooperation.
