The official housing vendor for TCT 2020 is onPeak. For TCT 2020, confirmed exhibitors' housing will be assigned based on one of two housing categories: Priority Points Housing or General Exhibitor Housing. Please note that exhibiting companies in the Book Publishers, Societies, and Nonprofits area and companies that have secured an exhibit booth through a trade agreement with CRF are not eligible to participate in priority points-based housing and will be able to secure housing through General Exhibitor Housing. 

General Exhibitor Housing

Those who qualify for General Exhibitor Housing include any company that has submitted a TCT 2020 Exhibit Contract but does not have priority points and/or any company who qualified for Priority Points Housing but did not complete the Housing Request Form by the deadline.

Reservations made through any other agency cannot be guaranteed by CRF and may result in additional charges, incorrect hotel placement, or inflated room rates. Please use onPeak's online hotel reservation system, accessed via their website, to avoid any confusion or additional charges. Housing blocks at negotiated rates in hotels surrounding the convention center will be available to TCT attendees. 

Exhibitor Housing Information

Please note that if your exhibiting company books outside the TCT housing block, a $200.00 (USD) charge will be invoiced per individual within the group prior to TCT. This outstanding balance must be paid before TCT in order for badge(s) to be collected.

Badges are required for admission to TCT, including the Exhibit Hall.

TCT exhibitors will no longer receive a dollar allotment amount per booth; instead, TCT 2020 exhibitors will now receive a badge allotment based on booth size to include Full Conference and Exhibit Hall-Only badges. Companies may not transfer badges between Full Conference and Exhibit Hall-Only. Companies will not be reimbursed for any unused badges and/or will be required to supplement any badge costs not fully covered by the allowance provided. If a company reduces, increases, or cancels their exhibit booth at TCT 2020, the registration badge allowance will be reduced, increased, or forfeited respectively.

CRF Badge-Sharing Notice

Each person attending a Cardiovascular Research Foundation (“CRF”) sponsored/managed meeting, symposia, program, event, etc. (“Event”) will be issued an Event-specific badge bearing that person’s name and she or he must have the badge bearing that person’s name in her or his possession at all times while on the premises at which the Event is taking place.  THE SWAPPING, SHARING, OR LENDING OF AN EVENT BADGE TO ANY OTHER PERSON IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.  Anyone found to be wearing a badge that does not bear that person’s name will have the badge immediately confiscated and will be escorted from the premises.  Additionally, the attendance privileges of the person whose name appears on the confiscated badge will be revoked and that person will also be escorted from the premises.  No replacement badges will be provided, and no refunds will be made, in whole or in part, for confiscated badges.

Violators of this policy - the person to whom the badge was issued, the person found to be in possession of the badge, and where appropriate the company that purchased the badge - may also be banned from attending or participating at any future Event.  Additionally, in instances where an exhibiting company is found to have violated this policy, the exhibiting company will be penalized with a reduction in priority points.  In cases where CRF is willing to permit a person found to be in violation of this policy to once again have access to the Event, the person or the exhibiting company, as applicable, will be required to re-register and charged the full cost of the additional registration.  All decisions regarding compliance with or violation of this policy will be made by CRF in CRF’s sole and exclusive discretion.
