Meeting rooms are available to companies on a first-come, first-served basis at local Miami, FL hotels (meeting rooms are currently not available at the convention center).
Companies may use these rooms to conduct staff debriefings and committee meetings. Meeting rooms cannot be used to draw physicians out of TCT scientific sessions. Companies that do not comply with this policy are subject to a 20-point deduction in the TCT priority point process.
More detailed information for reserving affiliate meetings and investigator meetings, including rules and regulations, will be available in early March.

Affiliated activities may not be held during the following times (times are subject to change):
- Thursday, September 24, 2020– 6:30 AM - 8:00 PM
- Friday, September 25, 2020 – 6:30 AM - 8:00 PM
- Saturday, September 26, 2020 – 6:30 AM - 8:00 PM
- Sunday, September 27, 2020 – 6:30 AM - 1:00 PM
