Breakfast Program Application

Breakfast Programs are held at the convention center Thursday, September 26 through Sunday, September 29, of the TCT Week, from 6:45 am-7:45 am (breakfast served at 6:30 am). The application fee is $35,000 and includes the room, room setup, basic audiovisual, two lead retrieval systems, TCT preregistration list, registration services in advance of the meeting, a continental breakfast, and some marketing (ie, listing on the TCT website, TCT app, and Satellite Guide and at least three eblasts promoting the entire satellite schedule). Additional costs could include any additional marketing efforts as well as any faculty expenses, such as honorarium and/or travel, offered. Breakfast Program rooms can accommodate up to 150 people.

A continental breakfast, which is included in the application fee, is served beginning at 6:30 am. Set in smaller group settings and interactive in nature, Breakfast Programs on average attract approximately 50-100 attendees. Breakfast Programs may be accredited for Continuing Medical Education (CME) or content may be industry driven, although it must be educational in nature. Breakfast Programs typically have two-four speakers.

Cancellation Policy*

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing on company letterhead. Any company canceling will pay the following fees:

  • Cancellation before April 29, 2019, the company will pay 50% of the total application fee
  • Cancellation on or after April 29, 2019, the company will pay 100% of the total application fee
