TCT Cancellation Policy 
In the event that the 31st Annual Transcatheter Cardiovascular Therapeutics symposium is abbreviated or canceled because of circumstances beyond CRF’s control, including but not limited to civil disturbance; earthquake; electrical outage; explosion; fire; freight embargo; strike or labor unrest; flood, hurricane, tornado, or other acts of God; or an act of war, terrorism, any government (de facto or de jure), or any government agency or official, CRF reserves the right, at CRF’s sole discretion, to unilaterally terminate the agreement between CRF and the exhibitor that is entered into and/or the license that is granted by virtue of the submission of this digital prospectus and its acceptance by CRF. In these circumstances, the exhibitor expressly agrees to waive any claim the exhibitor may have against the CRF, including but not limited to those for fees paid by or on behalf of the exhibitor for booth spaces, registration, workshops, satellite events, advertising, promotional opportunities, food and beverage, grants, audiovisual services, signage, housing, and travel.

Sponsor Cancellation Policy                                                       
Receipt of a signed Letter of Agreement is a commitment to the above sponsorship opportunities at the 31st Annual Transcatheter Cardiovascular Therapeutics; therefore, notification of sponsor cancellation must be in writing and submitted to CRF, and sponsoring company will be required to pay appropriate fees or cancellation penalties outlined below: 

Sponsoring companies that cancel their sponsorship opportunity will pay 100% of the total promotional funding amount as indicated above.

The Letter of Agreement is a binding contract when submitted to the Cardiovascular Research Foundation and indicates the applicant’s willingness to abide by all contract terms, conditions, and general rules and regulations, as well as such additional rules and regulations that the Cardiovascular Research Foundation deems necessary to ensure the success of the 31st Annual Transcatheter Cardiovascular Therapeutics. These terms and conditions may be amended at any time by the Cardiovascular Research Foundation, and all amendments, upon publication, shall be equally as binding to all parties affected by them as the original regulations. The signer of the application also agrees to share the terms and conditions with all exhibiting company representatives who attend the 31st Annual Transcatheter Cardiovascular Therapeutics.

Note: It is the policy of the Cardiovascular Research Foundation to ensure balance, independence, objectivity, and scientific rigor in all of its sponsored educational programs. Commercial support from industry does not influence educational content, faculty selection, and/or faculty presentations, and therefore, does not compromise the scientific integrity of the educational activity. Discussion of off-label product usage and/or off-label product use during live or taped cases is made at the sole discretion of the faculty and is not endorsed by the Cardiovascular Research Foundation or the program directors for this activity. Faculty participating in continuing medical education activities sponsored by the Cardiovascular Research Foundation are required to disclose to the program audience any real or apparent conflict of interest related to the content of their presentation(s). Faculty not complying with this policy is not permitted to participate in this activity.
