Any activity, event, or meeting that is held between July 20-22, 2021 that is targeted toward or includes any participants of TVT is considered an affiliated activity and must be approved by the Cardiovascular Research Foundation (CRF), the official sponsor of TVT. There are two options for conducting these meetings: TVT Industry Hubs (meetings during conference hours) or Affiliate Meetings (meetings during non-conference hours). Please see more details, as well as guidelines, below.
Industry Hubs are by-invitation-only meetings that your company hosts on relevant subject matter with hand-picked attendees of TVT 2021. Dovetailing your meeting with TVT 2021 enables your company to leverage the time and expertise of thought-leaders who will be in attendance. Industry hubs are conveniently located within our TVT meeting space.
Such meetings might include Investigator Meetings, Committee Meetings, or Advisory Board Meetings.
Options for the Industry Hub include individual slots (1.5 hours) or a Prime Industry Hub (access to the meeting room for the duration of the 3-day conference).

For Affiliate Meetings that are taking place during Non-Conference Hours (July 20-22, 2021 – 8:30 PM – 6:45 AM) companies must apply for official approval from CRF (please see application above). Once approved, the sponsoring company is responsible for securing space.
Organizations (commercial companies, not-for-profit groups, government agencies, etc.) that wish to hold meetings of any size or nature in any location during TVT that are targeted to TVT attendees must complete the appropriate applications for an affiliate meeting, be approved, and comply with the guidelines. Affiliate Meeting guidelines are subject to change.
