Networking Reception LOA

Application Fee: $65,000

Networking Receptions at TVT 2021 allow sponsors to gather and connect with in-person attendees in a relaxed, intimate setting. These hour-and-a-half-long in-person events will be held from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM each evening, from July 20–22, 2021, at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Invite attendees to unwind at the end of the day on the beautiful lawn space, steps away from Miami Beach. Networking Receptions can be open invitation to all in-person attendees, or they can be by invitation only. Please note, date preferences will be considered, but are not guaranteed.

Program and Logistical Management

The application fee for the Networking Receptions includes outdoor event space and the opportunity for CRF to promote the event (e.g., listing on the TVT website, TVT app, and e-blasts). Event space can accommodate up to 250 attendees.

The sponsoring company or its organizing agency is responsible for all aspects of the logistical and program management of the Networking Reception. This includes additional fees associated with the hotel, catering, AV needs, as well as any faculty expenses, such as honoraria and/or travel.

Networking Reception slots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Available dates and times are listed on the Networking Reception LOA. Submissions will be accepted beginning Thursday, April 22 at 1:00 PM EDT. Requests submitted before that time will not be accepted.

Payment Policy: Once a LOA for a Networking Reception is completed, payment is required before the LOA is reviewed and processed for approval. Once we receive payment, an official confirmation letter with important logistical details will be sent.
