Description: The transradial approach to percutaneous coronary intervention has been growing rapidly over the last decade. This program provides interventionalists with the latest information on catheter selection and successful transradial angiography. Presentations on tips and tricks via case examples expose the participants to the best way to successfully perform PCI via the radial approach.

Description: Cardiovascular Systems, Inc. (CSI®) supports and partners with physicians in the treatment of complex coronary patients. In this interactive session, faculty will share their approach and tips in incorporating orbital atherectomy into practice to optimize PCI outcomes in patients with severely calcified coronary disease. Description: Maximizing Results for Your Most Complex Patients: Essentials of the CHIP Toolbox.
Description: The field of percutaneous mechanical circulatory support (MCS) is evolving as the number of device options rapidly expands. The purpose of this session is to share practical experience for the early career interventionalist on the use of MCS in the management of cardiogenic shock, acute MI, and elective high-risk percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in the context of the current evidence and utilization statistics.
Description: A panel of renowned physicians will discuss the interventional practice for the 21st century including approaches to complex coronary disease, transcatheter aortic valves, and interventional treatment of peripheral arterial disease.

Description: This breakfast session will review IVUS and physiology for everyday use in the interventional cardiology space. Didactic lectures will provide evidence based application of the technologies discussed and how to use appropriately when addressing patient needs including Laser Atherectomy, Imaging, and iFR to tackle your complex PCI procedures. The panel will discuss challenging cases and encourage discussion from the fellows participating.

Description: This workshop will review the basics of coronary guidewire design, provide an overview of the guidewires on the market, and share strategies for wire selection in different case situations. In addition to the presentation, there will be case reviews.
Description: This workshop will provide a stepwise case review approach to addressing the most complex interventions. Experts will review new technology available today and share approach and strategy for device selection in CHIP cases.

Description: This popular case-based session will focus on real clinical decision-making regarding antiplatelet pharmacotherapy for complex patients, led by several thought leaders in the field. Specific cases to be discussed in an open and interactive format will be patients with STEMI, NSTEACS, patients who bleed with newly-placed stents, and preoperative patients for whom PCI is indicated.
