The below information must be included with your transfer:

• Group/company name
• Order number
• Total amount due
• A copy of your confirmation email within your transfer for easy identification
• Reference to TCT 2019 Registration within your transfer

Please note CRF’s policies regarding wire transfers:
Wire transfers are limited to groups of 10 or more attendees in a group order.
A USD $75.00 wire transfer fee will be added to your order. This fee is the amount charged to the Cardiovascular Research Foundation (CRF) to receive a wire transfer. Any/all additional transfer fees are the responsibility of the sending organization.
All wire transfers must be in US Dollars.
All registrations are considered “pending” and not complete until the wire payment is received and confirmed by CRF.
If the final amount received by CRF is less than the TOTAL DUE amount shown above, any outstanding balance must be paid before materials can be picked up on-site.

Registrations received within the “Early Rate” tier must be paid in full by Thursday, June 13, 2019, at 11:59 PM ET. After this date, the prevailing rate will be applied to those registrations. Registrations received within the “Advance Rate” tier must be paid in full prior to Tuesday, August 20, 2019, at 11:59 PM ET or the on-site tier rates will be applied to those registrations.
