For participants who require housing, the Cardiovascular Research Foundation (CRF) has reserved a block of rooms at The Shelborne Wyndham Grand South Beach Hotel.

To make your reservation, please book online here. Please indicate that you are with the "EDUCATE Conference: Expert Discussion: Cases of Cardiovascular Interventions” group to receive the preferred group rate of $349 per night (single/double occupancy), excluding taxes and additional fees. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Please note that this rate only applies for reservations arriving January 5, 2015 to January 19, 2015. Hotel rates for other dates vary.

Housing reservations must be made by Friday, December 19, 2014; thereafter, hotel accommodations and preferred group rates will be subject to availability. Room cancellations must be made in accordance with the hotel cancellation policy of 24 hours prior to arrival or your credit card will be charged for one-night stay and applicable taxes and fees.
