Explanation of TCT 2019 Registration Types & Fees
Allied Health Professionals (AHP)
Allied health professionals devote most of their professional activity to the direct care and treatment of patients with cardiovascular disease (e.g., nurses, technologists, physician assistants, research specialists, pharmacists, and hospital administrators).
Please note: Allied health professionals who are employed by companies in the cardiovascular field who do not provide direct patient care are not eligible for this rate.
US Government Official
Proof/documentation of current employment status with the United States government required.
Fellows are required to provide a credit card authorization form for the deposit and confirmation of current fellowship at the time of TCT 2019 along with their planned graduation date. To be eligible to register for TCT 2019 as a fellow, your expected graduation date must be in October 2019 or later.
An email message will be sent to the program director's email address that you provide during the registration process. Please contact your program director to ensure a timely response to this message.
If an international fellow has registered for TCT for free for two years starting with and following 2014, they are no longer eligible for complimentary registration and will need to register as a physician. Should your registration no longer be an option, a member of the TCT Management Team will contact you to inform you of your status.
Qualified physicians include those who are actively practicing medicine at a public and/or private institution or who are actively engaged in teaching/research.
Please note: Physicians who are employed by companies in the cardiovascular field who do not provide direct patient care are not eligible for this rate.
All individuals (including physicians and AHPs) who are employed by industry and those involved in finance do not qualify for the other registration categories.

TCTMD Gold Subscription (Add-on)
Access to TCT slide presentations and live cases throughout the year as well as presentations and cases from other CRF conferences and leading meetings in interventional cardiology. Active prior to TCT and valid for one (1) year.
A $650 value, this discounted rate is only available with TCT 2019 registration.
A $25 USD green fee will be applied to each paper registration. Avoid the green fee by registering online.

Changes and Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received in writing by Wednesday, July 24, 2019 (by 11:59 pm ET), will be fully refunded less a $100 USD administrative fee.
- Cancellations received in writing between Thursday, July 25, 2019 (12:00 am ET), and Tuesday, August 27, 2019 (11:59 pm ET), will be subject to a 50% penalty.
- No refunds will be given after Wednesday, August 28, 2019 (12:00 am ET). Refunds or credits will not be given for a failure to attend, any unattended events, or early departure.
- Fellows must cancel 24 hours prior to the start of TCT 2019, or a $50 USD fee will be assessed.
The Cardiovascular Research Foundation is not responsible for airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by participants in the event of program or registration cancellation.
- Name changes and substitutions are not permitted.
- All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing and sent via email to TCT Support or faxed to +1 508-743-9666. Please see the cancellation dates and policies below.
- All attempts will be made to process refunds within 30 business days of cancellation.
Physician & Allied Health Professional Verification
Physicians and AHPs may be subject to further verification by TCT Management. Someone from CRF will reach out should this be needed.
Prohibition on Badge Swapping, Sharing, or Lending
Each person attending a CRF-sponsored/-managed meeting, symposium, program, event, etc. (“event”) will be issued an event-specific badge bearing that person’s name. Each attendee must always have the badge bearing their name in their possession while on the premises at which the event is taking place. THE SWAPPING, SHARING, OR LENDING OF AN EVENT BADGE TO ANY OTHER PERSON IS STRICLY PROHIBITED. Anyone found to be wearing a badge that does not bear their name will have the badge immediately confiscated and will be escorted from the premises. Additionally, the attendance privileges of the person whose name appears on the confiscated badge will be revoked and that person will also be escorted from the premises. No replacement badges will be provided and no refunds will be made, in whole or in part, for confiscated badges.
Violators of this policy (including the person to whom the badge was issued, the person found to be in possession of the badge, and, where appropriate, the company that purchased the badge) may also be banned from attending or participating at any future Event. Additionally, in instances where an exhibiting company is found to have violated this policy, the exhibiting company will be penalized with a reduction in priority points. In cases where CRF is willing to permit a person found to be in violation of this policy to once again have access to the event, the person or the exhibiting company, as applicable, will be required to re-register and will be charged the full cost of the additional registration. All decisions regarding compliance with or violation of this policy will be made by CRF at CRF’s sole and exclusive discretion.
